The state in which a person is in good health is known as fitness. It would be wonderful if everyone prioritized their fitness from the beginning of their lives until the end.

As stated in sacred texts, the human body should be viewed as a sacred place, and it is one’s responsibility to protect it. Caring for both the mind and body is a noble endeavor.

Significant effort and work must be dedicated to preserving it. While it demands considerable hard work, the results are undoubtedly rewarding. Only a small number of individuals are able to enjoy the benefits of a healthy and joyful existence. This is solely attainable through diligence.

Incorporating physical exercise into one's daily routine is crucial. In addition to improving fitness, it also enhances the body’s ability to combat illnesses. Furthermore, even severe conditions like heart disease can be managed effectively.

Unfortunately, only a limited number of individuals engage in such activities today. This lack of participation is a primary factor contributing to the rise of various health issues. As the patient population grows, hospitals are evolving into thriving enterprises. It's important to note that patients do not consciously choose to be unwell. 

The fitness activities recommended for school children by the President's Council on Fitness and Health are not adhered to. Following these guidelines could potentially influence the statistics, as they encompass a significant segment of the population in the United States.

There is a trend where as young individuals transition into adulthood, they often overlook the necessity of physical fitness. This neglect diminishes their immunity against illnesses, leading to an increase in patients.

Only 58 percent of the overall population commits to exercising regularly throughout their lives. Interestingly, this activity generally happens during their leisure time. Conversely, around 26 percent consider fitness programs as a vital life aspect, and these individuals typically exercise only about three times a week, according to the National Institute on Aging.

Lifelong dedication to exercise is crucial. However, it is a well-known fact that countless people disregard this commitment. The misconception is that many individuals believe it does not significantly enhance the quality of life they lead. 

Reports indicate that the leading causes of mortality include heart-related issues and accidental injuries, as well as chronic conditions and cancer. These are among the most prevalent causes of death in contemporary society. 

It is important to consider that every illness mentioned earlier has the potential to be avoided. This can be achieved through the incorporation of physical activities into one’s daily life. A lifelong commitment to this lifestyle is necessary. However, it is important to note that unintentional fatalities should not be considered in this context.
